Rosette Dry Sausage Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of Rosette Dry Sausage
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 2 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup of arugula
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions:
- Spread Dijon mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place Swiss cheese on one slice of bread, followed by the Rosette Dry Sausage slices.
- Add arugula on top of the sausage slices.
- Top with the other slice of bread, mustard side down.
