Ingredients:
- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package pie crusts
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
