Ingredients:

• 200g pasta (your choice)
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 cup cream (or milk)
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 5 oz rinsed baby spinach

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package directions, reserving some pasta water.
