Berry Immune Bliss Balls
Try this delicious Berry Immune Bliss Balls - perfect healthy snack for kids! These bite sized balls are convenient in more ways than one with convenient nutrition coming from bioavailable vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D from ingredients like rosehip, sea buckthorn, echinacea and 9 super berries, utter berry bliss!
Ingredients
1 cup cashews, soaked
1/4 cup desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp rice malt syrup
2 tbsp Nutra Organic Thriving Protein Strawberries & Cream
2 tbsp Nutra Organic Berry Immune
Instructions:
1. Place all your ingredients into a food processor until a dough forms. You may need to stop and scrape the sides as needed.
2. Roll dough into evenly sized balls.
3. Roll balls in desiccated coconut. For variety you can choose to leave some uncoated.
4. Store in an airtight container.
