Coconut Oats Porridge Pudding Recipe
A quick, yet filling and delicious, breakfast fuel!
Ingredients
65gm Oats Porridge
250gm Oat Milk
1 Mango
10gm Vanilla Coconut Ice-cream
Directions

In a saucepan, bring a cup of oat milk to medium heat.

Add 2 portions of the porridge into the pot, using a large spoon, stir for 2 minutes.

Turn off the heat once the mixture is well combined, leave it to cool.

Slice up the mango into bite-sized cubes and place them over the porridge that has cooled down.

Top off the dish with a scoop of ice-cream and serve!
