Crispy Pomegranate Pistachio Italian Crostini Recipe

Ingredients
1 Sourdough Baguette or any Baguette
0.5 cup Pomegranate Seeds
1 cup Baked Pistachio Nuts (chopped)
1 square Organic Dark Dairy Free Chocolate
0.5 cup Vegan Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Raw Honey
2 stalks Chives
Directions

Slice the baguette into small rounds and brush with some olive oil.

Toast in a pre-heated oven (220°c) for 8 - 10 minutes till well toasted.

Remove baguette toasts from the oven and allow them to cool to room temperature.

Spread each toast with some vegan mayonnaise.

Topped with a balance of pistachio nuts and pomegranate seeds.

Drizzle some raw honey over.

Topped with some shavings of dark chocolate.

Decorate with some chive slices or your choice of microgreens and condiments.
